Collaboration among community members, the developer and the City will help balance resident concerns about quality of life and safety equitably with the resort experience and transportation improvements. Development is a reality. Community benefit and resort growth do not have to be mutually exclusive. As community members, we have a duty to encourage smart and sustainable development.

Thank you for your participation! We had 1,113 respondents to the survey.

80% of the respondents are from Lower Deer Valley, Upper Deer Valley and adjacent neighborhoods. About 50% have their primary residence here. Over 95% of respondents ski Deer Valley and the majority of respondents also use the base area for biking, walking, running and other recreation. Most respondents access skiing via Snow Park.

The biggest concerns of respondents in relation to the proposed Snow Park Development are traffic, accessibility to the Snow Park base drop off, and walkability and pedestrian and bike safety.
